- How does this bulb work normally, and does it automatically turn on during a power outage?
- Yes. When powered on, the bulb lights up normally while charging its internal battery. If the mains power cuts off, it instantly switches to battery-powered emergency mode -no manual action required.
- How long does emergency lighting last, and how long does it take to fully charge?
- Emergency runtime is approximately 2-4 hours (depending on the wattage version), and a full charge usually takes 6-8 hours. We recommend charging it completely before first use.
- What socket types and voltages does this bulb support?
- It comes with a standard E27 (or E26) screw base, compatible with most household fixtures worldwide. It operates on AC 85-265V wide voltage, suitable for various countries and regions.
- Are the emergency LEDs the same as the regular lighting LEDs?
- No. The bulb has separate dedicated emergency LED chips (or arrays). In normal mode, all main LEDs are on; in emergency mode, only the emergency LEDs light up (usually bright white or warm white) to extend battery life.
- What is the warranty period, and is the battery covered?
- We offer a 2-year warranty on the entire unit (including driver and LEDs). The built-in battery is a consumable part and is covered for 1 year. Defects caused by non-human factors within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
